We work more as a team, and less as individuals. We support and encourage the team efforts that are primary in achieving successful completion of our projects. Working jointly as a team through mutual sharing of responsibilities ensures a healthy and fun environment for everyone and provides endless motivation. Votive Technologies celebrates every occasion which plays an important role in their staff’s lives whether it is a celebration of Ganesh Utsav or a grand Diwali Celebration. Every year Votive Technologies organizes an outdoor trip, which is memorable to everyone. Also, there is an outing on 15th August which deliberates at most fun. We believe that the entire staff should work like a family and in order to make their staff more comfortable, the company organizes a lunch on the last Saturday of every month so as the staff should have the time to know each other. We have encouraged open communication in the meeting, team lunch or gathering, where we support our employees to express themselves and provide suggestions that add to the development of the organization. They are free to share their ideas so that others also reap the benefits of their experience and expertise.
